3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our official communication channels (website, email, or phone).

  • Payment must be made in full or as per agreed terms before production begins.

  • We accept all type of payments.

4. Custom Designs & Content

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, or design files.

  • GP Prints is not liable for errors in designs, spelling, or formatting provided by customers.

  • By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it. GP Prints is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in customer-provided content.

5. Production & Delivery

  • Production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delays, courier issues, or force majeure events.

  • Shipping costs and responsibilities will be shared at the time of order. GP Prints is not responsible for damages or delays caused by third-party couriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Since our products are customized, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or significantly different from what was agreed.

  • Any issues with your order must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • GP Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, branding, and content created by GP Prints remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Customers may not reproduce or use GP Prints’ designs or materials for other purposes without prior written consent.
